Consider Purchase of Real Property Having Anoka County PIN 28-32-25-43-0007
Background:
At a special meeting in closed session on December 7, 2010 the City Council authorized making an offer for the purchase of the land in the City having Anoka County PIN: 28-32-25-43-0007.
Staff has presented the City’s offer and upon receipt of a response, will be prepared to advise the City Council accordingly. Staff may recommend that portions of the discussion on this case be closed.
