Ordinance #20-14
- Right of Way Vacation: In order to realign Puma Street NW, the existing Puma Street must be vacated. This step must be approved via an Ordinance from the City Council per City Code.
- Drainage and Utility Easement Vacation: In order to realign Puma Street NW, underlying drainage and utility easements must be vacated along the edges of the existing property. New drainage and utility easements will be dedicated with the Final Plats for the road realignment (Alpha Development 2nd Addition) and Riverstone 4th Addition. This process ensures clean title work and keeps the process running smoothly with Anoka County.
