Title
Adopt Resolution #20-235 Amending Development Agreement for Garden View
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to amend a previously approved development agreement for Garden View. There are only two changes on the Development Agreement since it was previously approved, updating the fee table with the correct fees (one was outdated from 2019) and adding a Stormwater Infilitration Fee. Since this area is in the wellhead protection zone, the City doesn't allow infiltration (ponding) onsite, and instead the Developer, DC Ramsey LLC, must pay into the City fund. The City utilizes this money for regional ponding.

Funding Source:
The Applicant is responsible for all costs associated with review.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends adoption of Resolution #20-235.
