Title:
Adopt Resolution #21-084 Authorizing Application to Legislative-Citizens Commission on Minnesota Resources
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to adopt a required resolution to submit an Application to the Minnesota DNR's Natural and Scenic Areas Grant Program. This is the second of two similar grant applications for the same project.
The City Council previously authorized Staff to prepare this Application in February 8, 2021. A copy of the previous case is attached for more detailed background. Upon completing the Application, a resolution of support is also required.

Recommendation:
Staff recommends adoption of this Resolution. This is part of the Riverstone South subdivision request, a project recommended for approval by the Planning Commission (as well as Environmental Policy Board). The City Council has given previous direction to move forward in this direction.

Motion to adopt Resolution #21-084 authorizing application to Legislative-Citizens Commission on Minnesota Resources.
