The City Council previously granted a 30 Day Extension to this Notice of Violation. The Property is not in compliance and Staff is again seeking authorization for abatement.

  • The Property Owner was granted an extension of thirty (30) days to resolve the violations by the City Council at their regular meeting on April 13, 2021.
  • As of May 17th, 2021, there are still active violations on site for off-street parking, public nuisance items, and a fence permit has not been applied for.
