Title:
Continue Discussion of Action Item “Implement a Pavement Management Funding Program” under the strategy “Identify and Implement Operational Efficiencies, Cost Savings and Additional Funding Sources.”
Purpose/Background:
Council Member Musgrove, with the concurrence of Mayor Kuzma, asked that discussion of the strategic plan action item to "Implement a Pavement Management Funding Program" be discussed at this work session. This action item is part of the broader strategy to “Identify and Implement Operational Efficiencies, Cost Savings and Additional Funding Sources.” A Council consensus on these items will complete the outstanding issues of the strategic planning process, and may impact the development of the 2022 budget.
