Swearing In Ceremony for Councilmember Randy Backous, Councilmember David Elvig and Councilmember Jason Tossey
Background:
In the November 2010 Election, Randy Backous was elected to the At-Large Council Seat, David Elvig to the Ward 1 Council Seat and Jason Tossey to the Ward 3 Council Seat. A formal swearing in ceremony will be conducted this evening.
