Title:
Adpt Resolution #11-10-XXX Authorizing the City of Ramsey to Participate in the Multi-Jurisdictional Anoka County Hazard Mitigation Plan
Background:
Last completed in 2007, FEMA requires a review and an updated plan every 5 years. With completion of this activity, Ramsey would be eligible to receive federal assistance during a disaster and also grant opportunities through FEMA.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends Council approve the attached resolution and agree to participate with Anoka County Emergency Management on the 5 year review and update.
