Approve Request to Declare Surplus Property

Staff is requesting Council declare the following property surplus and authorize sale/disposal of same:

• One Panasonic Analog Security Camera Encoder
• HP Laserjet 4200dtn laser printer
• HP Laserjet 3390 multi-function laser printer/scanner/fax machine
• HP LaserJet 4200dn laser printer
• HP LaserJet 600 M602
• HP LaserJet 3380 multi-function printer/scanner/fax machine
• HP LaserJet 4300tn laser printer
• HP LaserJet 4200tn laser printer

         Notes: 
         Encoder was no longer needed due to replacement of last existing analog cameras with digital equivalents in late 2020.
         Printers were taken out of service to reduce service and printing costs. By eliminating the need to maintain large 
         amounts of aging printers, we were able to move to having fewer machines overall throughout all facilities. We 
         added copiers at Fire 1 and Public works, which will operate at a lower cost-per-page than their laser printer equivalents.

          Note:   This Vehicle has outlasted it's useful life and was replaced with the purchase of a new vehicle as part of               the 2020-2021 budget.
