Title
Adopt Resolution #22-007 Approving Electrical Inspection Services Agreement with Sloth Inspections, Inc.
Purpose/Background:
At the notice of Tokle Inspections, Inc., the Council terminated its electrical inspection services agreement, thus providing a need for a new agreement. Mr. Sloth, Sloth Inspections, Inc., is familiar with the City of Ramsey, and has provided electrical inspections under the purview of Tokle Inspections, Inc. in the past. Mr. Sloth has submitted an agreement for consideration to provide these services beginning February 1, 2022. The terms of the agreement match the previous agreement held with Tokle Inspections, Inc.
Funding Source:
Funding is provided by fees paid as required for electrical permits.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval the agreement with Sloth Inspections, Inc.
Action:
Adopt Resolution #22-007 Approving Electrical Inspection Services Agreement with Sloth Inspections, Inc.
