Title
Adopt Resolution #22-053 Approving ProjectDox Renewal Quote
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case to approve the renewal quote for the ProjectDox software utilized for electronic plan review by City staff. ProjectDox was originally implemented in 2017 under a five year agreement. The existing agreement expires in March 2022. Attached is a renewal quote. As part of the renewal, staff requested a pro-rated 2022 participation cost to bring the agreement term in line with our budgeted calendar years. Subsequent years would be billed at a rate of $20,000 and for budgeting purposes, the renewal quote identifies a five year quote at $20,000 per year. This amount is similar to prior years.

Protective Inspections Operating Budget (Building Permits Division)
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the renewal quote.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #22-053 Approving ProjectDox Renewal Quote.
