Fairness and Equal Opportunity in Public Notices and Advertisements
Purpose/Background:
Council Member Howell and Council Member Musgrove requested this case be included on this agenda. The purpose is to hold a public discussion regarding fairness and equality in city advertising processes based on observed anomalies.
