Title:
Discussion of Space Needs Analysis for Fire Station #2
Background:
Council previously authorized staff to contract with BKV group to perform a Space Needs Analysis for the replacement of the existing Fire Station #2, also known as the former Municipal Center. The study has been completed and the document will be delivered/discussed at the work session.
Observations:
Staff will present the document produced by the BKV group for discussion on the feasibility of the replacement of Fire Station #2.
