Title:
The COR Design Framework Review
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to have the City Council (CC), Planning Commission (PC) and Economic Development Authority (EDA) discuss the COR Design Framework. This discussion will be an opportunity to have all boards review the framework and provide direction on any changes deemed necessary. Additional discussion should occur to provide staff direction on acceptable projects to negotiate with developers on City owned land. Current direction is a soft pause on apartments for city owned land until additional retail and restaurant development occurs.
