Purpose: To approve an off-sale liquor license for Cherokee Liquors Inc dba G-Will Liquors
Background: Cherokee Liquors Inc dba G-Will Liquors has properly applied for an off-sale liquor license at 5427 Alpine Dr NW, Ramsey. All application fees have been paid by the applicant.
This is a new liquor establishment.

Notification:
Notice of the public hearing was published in the Anoka County Union Herald on Friday, May 13, 2022.
Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives:
Police Chief Katers has completed the background investigation and found everything to be in order.
Funding Source:
This case is being handled as part of normal staff duties.
Recommendation:
City staff is recommending approval of off-sale liquor license for Cherokee Liquors Inc dba G-Will Liquors contingent upon completion and approval of background investigation by Police Chief.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to approve off-sale liquor license for Cherokee Liquors Inc dba G-Will Liquors.
