Purpose/Background:
Direction was given to bring a discussion to the June 14, 2022 Council Work Session regarding organizational culture. The request specifically was to outline the roles and responsibilities of the public, City Council, advisory boards, and staff as a first step in the process. City Attorney Knaak will lead the discussion.
