Title:
Adopt Resolution #11-11-XXX to Consider Extension to Final Plat Approval of Major Plat Known as COR ONE; Case of the City of Ramsey Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA)
Background:
On December 14, 2010, the City granted Final Plat approval for COR ONE, a major plat. The Development Agreement states that the Stage I Improvement completed by December 14, 2011. The City of Ramsey HRA is requesting an extension of one (1) year to Final Plat approval to complete necessary obligation to complete filing of the Plat.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the request for a one (1) year extension to Final Plat approval of COR ONE.
Council Action:
Motion to approve the resolution granting approval of the request for a one (1) year extension to Final Plat approval of COR ONE.
