Title

Adopt Resolution #22-149 Authorizing Signatures for Financial Transactions

Purpose/Background:

Resolution #22-013 was adopted at the regular City Council meeting of January 11, 2022, that gave authorization to those that can sign off on financial transactions on behalf of the City. Notably, the Mayor, Acting Mayor, City Administrator, Finance Director and Assistant Finance Director.

With the current retirement of the City Administrator and resignation of the Assistant Finance Director, the authorized signees for the City needs to be updated to include City Administrator Brian Hagen and Assistant Finance Director, Cynthia Nelson.

Recommendation:

Staff recommends adopting Resolution #21-149.

Action:

Motion to Adopt Resolution #22-149 Authorizing Signatures for Financial Transactions.
