Title:
Preliminary 2023 General Fund Budget/Levy Review
Purpose/Background:
First review of the proposed 2023 General Fund Budget and respective tax levies. The documents attached represent the full requests of all departments.
Tax values are not available from the county. Tax rates are estimates based off of market value increases.
Items to be considered: Additional Road Funding, use of ARPA funds ($2.749M bal), Fund balances
Several items are attached for review:
1. Tax Capacity Rate Calculation Estimate
2. 2023 Personnel Requests
3. 2023 Capital Equipment Requests
4. 2023 Requested General Fund Budget
5. 2023 Requested EDA Budget
