Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment No. 1 to Novco, Inc., of Elk River, Minnesota, for the Improvement Project #22-01, Sunwood Drive and Waco Street Reconstruction, in the amount of $352,934.31.
Action:
