Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to update the Public Works Committee on current and proposed City, County and MnDOT improvement projects and studies, and on other items of interest to the Committee.

- Staff will provide an update during the meeting.
- Sunfish Lake Sedimentation Basin Improvements
- Property owner is still interested in pursuing their request.
- Staff will delineate rear property line this Fall as time allows.
- Staff anticipates presenting an update to the PWC in November.
- CSAH 5 / Nowthen Boulevard Corridor Study
- Final report will be reviewed with PWC November 15, 2022
- Elk River Highway 10 Corridor Study
