Title:
Review Proposed 2023 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges
Purpose/Background:
Annually, the city adopts a Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. This schedule is adopted by ordinance, with adoption occurring in November to have the rates in effect by January 1st of the new year.
The schedule with 2022 adopted and 2023 with proposed changes is attached. Staff will review the changes most notably those relating to the Planning & Zoning Section: Increase in escrow deposits required, and increase in park dedication and trail fees and Utility Rates: Increase in Sewer & water rates.
