Resolution and Pay Estimate Request Attached
Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment No. 3 to North Valley, Inc., of Nowthen Minnesota, for said project, in the amount of $109,717.82.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #22-255 authorizing partial payment No. 3 to North Valley, Inc., of Nowthen Minnesota Improvement Project #22-06, Wood Pond Hills 2nd – 5th Street Reconstructions, in the amount of $109,717.82.
