Resolution and Pay Estimate Request Attached
Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment No. 3 to North Valley, Inc., of Nowthen, Minnesota, for said project, in the amount of $136,781.10.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #22-256 authorizing partial payment No. 3 to North Valley, Inc., of Nowthen, Minnesota for Improvement Project #22-04, 2022 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements, in the amount of $136,781.10.
