Review 2012 Legislative Agenda
Background:
The purpose of this topic report is to discuss the legislative agenda for the 2012 session.
The following items are proposed for consideration in the City's 20-12 legislative agenda:
- State Bonding Bill
- $10 million for Armstrong Boulevard Interchange
- Water Treatment Plant funding
- RALF Program Modifications
- Allow cities to pool property revenues for property maintenance and upkeep
- Allow cities to pool property revenues for property maintenance and upkeep
- Special Services District
- Include Multi-Family
- Include Multi-Family
- Electronic Publication of Legal Notices
- Legislation to Allow Use of Closed Landfill Property for Public Purposes
- DNR Shoreland Rules
- Eliminate overlap of Critical Area and Scenic River Overlays
