Title:
2023 Strategic Plan
Purpose/Background:
Attached to the case is the 2023 Strategic Plan in final form based on discussions held at two previous planning sessions. The plan updates the values, objectives, strategies and action items from prior plans. This plan is on the regular meeting for final consideration.

Up to 10 minutes

Outcome:
Provide consensus the plan is sufficient for adoption at the Regular City Council meeting immediately following this work session. If minor changes are required, the plan should be pulled from consent in order for those changes to be verbally stated during the regular meeting.
