Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment No. 5 to Douglas-Kerr Underground, LLC of Mora, Minnesota, for said project, in the amount of $225,298.20.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #23-142 authorizing partial payment No. 5 to Douglas-Kerr Underground, LLC of Mora, Minnesota, for Improvement Project #20-05, 2022 Riverdale Drive Extension in the amount of $225,298.20.
