Adopt Resolution #23-185 Authorizing Partial Payment to Northern Lines Contracting, Inc. for Improvement Project #23-01, 161st Avenue Reconstruction.
Purpose/Background:
Supporting Resolution and Pay Request attached.
Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to Northern Lines Contracting, Inc. of Hanover, Minnesota for IP #23-01, 161st Avenue Reconstruction, in the amount of $498,506.37.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #23-185 authorizing partial payment #3 to Northern Lines Contracting, Inc. for IP #23-01, 161st Avenue Reconstruction, in the amount of $498,506.37.
