Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment #2 to North Valley, Inc. of Nowthen, Minnesota for IP #23-07, 2023 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements in the amount of $8,069.77.
Outcome/Action:
