Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment #1 to Douglas-Kerr Underground, LLC. of Mora, Minnesota, for improvement project #23-12, HY-10 Improvements, in the amount of $448,024.16.
Outcome/Action:
