Title
Adopt Resolution #23-194 Terminating Building Inspections Services with Inspectron, Inc
Purpose/Background:
The city most recently entered into an agreement with Rum River Consultants for the purpose of providing professional commercial plumbing reviews and building inspections services when needed. Inspectron, Inc has not been utilized for inspection services for quite some time, therefore, it is recommended to terminate the agreement. The agreement requires a 45-day written notice of termination. If approved, a written notice will be provided to Inspectron, Inc.
Notification:
If approved, a 45-day written termination notice will be provided to Inspectron, Inc with an effective date of October 6, 2023.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval to terminate the agreement held with Inspectron, Inc.
Action:
Adopt Resolution #23-194 Terminating Building Inspections Services with Inspectron, Inc.
