Adopt Resolution #23-196 Approving the Final Plat of "Foster Addition"

The proposed minor plat re-plats the three parcels southeast of 143rd Avenue and Jasper St. NW that form the Public Works Campus and Foster Cemetery property into three new parcels--one for the Public Works Building, one for the Water Treatment Plant, and one for Foster Cemetery.  The plat includes some adjacent parcels that were created for right-of-way purposes and formally dedicates them as roadways as a "clean-up" measure.  

The name of the plat honors the historic Foster Cemetery, c. 1865, which is included in this plat.

As a minor final plat, no notification is required.  Notification was provided with earlier phases of the Water Treatment Plant project.  

Alternatives to Consider:
1. Approve the final plat as presented.
2. Approve the final plat with modifications.
3. Deny the final plat based on specific findings.  

Costs associated with this plat are included in the overall project budget.  

Staff recommends approval of the final plat as presented.
