Title:
Adopt Resolution 11-12-XXX Authorizing Final Payment to North Valley Inc. for IP 11-09 Alpine Drive Overlay
Background:
Resolution and Pay Request Attached
Observations:
This pay request also includes a bituminous compaction(density) incentive that is included in the standard specifications for all Minnesota State Aid (MSA) projects. This incentive totals $8,104.48, and is in addition to the previously approved contract amount.
Recommendation:
Public Works Director/Principal City Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends final payment to North Valley Inc. in the amount of $417,086.94.
Council Action:
Motion to Adopt Resolution 11-12-XXX Authorizing Final Payment to North Valley Inc. for IP 11-09 Alpine Drive Overlay in the amount of $417,086.94.
