Title:
Adopt Resolution #23-216 Authorizing Final Payment to Reshetar Systems, Inc. for IP 23-17, COR Tree Clearing.
Purpose/Background:
Resolution and Pay Request with IC-134, Consent of Surety to Final Payment and Lien Waiver are attached.
Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives:
Construction costs over-ran by $23,925 due to additional silt fence and soil stabilization needs.
Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends final payment to Reshetar Systems, Inc. for IP 23-17, COR Tree Clearing in the amount of $255,975.58.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #23-216, authorizing final payment to Reshetar Systems, Inc. for IP 23-17, COR Tree Clearing in the amount of $255,975.58.
