Resolution and Pay Request attached.
Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment no. 4 to Northern Lines Contracting, Inc. of Hanover, Minnesota for said project in the amount of $355,270.93.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #23-218 authorizing partial payment no. 4 to Northern Lines Contracting, Inc. for Improvement Project #23-01; 161st Ave Reconstruction in the amount of $355,270.93
