Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment No. 1 to Landall Services, LLC of Zimmerman, Minnesota, for Improvement Project #23-10, Whispering Pines Estates Plat 3 Street Reconstructions, in the amount of $150,414.69.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #23-225 authorizing partial payment #1 to Landall Services for IP #23-10, Whispering Pines Estates Plat 3 Street Reconstructions in the amount of $150,414.69.
