Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment No. 3 to Meyer Contracting, Inc. for improvement project #23-11, Lift Station #10 Improvements, in the amount of $125,221.04.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #23-260 approving partial payment No. 3 to Meyer Contracting, Inc. for Improvement Project #23-11; Lift Station 10 in the amount of $125,221.04.
