Title
Adopt Resolution #23-275 Approving Agreement and Waiver of Objections to Assessment for Remedial Measures (Housekeeping Item Only)
Purpose/Background:
The City Council approved the Abatement Agreement for 14501 Sunfish Lake Boulevard NW at its regular meeting of December 13, 2022. At the time of approval, a resolution was not adopted. To be certified to property taxes, Anoka County requires the adoption of a formal resolution by November 15, 2023 to be included with 2024 property taxes payable.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of Resolution #23-275
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #23-275 Approving Agreement and Waiver of Objections to Assessment for Remedial Measures.
