Title
Adopt Resolution #24-065 Approving Final Plat of COR Five
Purpose/Background:
The minor plat of COR Five combines and rearranges five existing parcels into three new parcels with reconfigured road rights-of-way as a part of the 2024 Ramsey Parkway and Center Street construction project. Road right-of-way was vacated on January 23, 2024, with easements vacated in the public hearing on tonight's agenda. Approval of the plat is contingent upon vacating those easements.
This plat creates a lot for the future Waterfront Park and two outlots that will be replatted in the future as development occurs.

Notification on the final plat is not required.
Funding Source:
Costs associated with the project are split between staff's normal duties and TIF 14 eligible expenses.
Recommendation:
Staff reccomends approval of the plat.

Motion to adopt Resolution #24-065 Approving the Final Plat of "COR Five."
