Adopt Resolution #24-067 Approving Final Plat of Haugtvedt Pines (DeeAnn Deiss)

This minor plat subdivides an Rural Residential-zoned parcel into two lots.  One lot will contain an existing single-family home.  The other lot will be available for new single-family home construction.  The property was granted a variance at the January 25 Planning Commission meeting for reduced lot area.  The proposed lot areas will still be larger than most of the lots in the vicinity.  

Notification of the variance and sketch plan were provided for the public hearing at the January 25 Planning Commission meeting: Signs placed on the property, a legal notice in the Anoka Union Herald, and mailed notices to property owners within 700 feet of the site.  

Costs associated with this project are the responsibility of the applicant.

Staff recommends approval of the plat.
