Resolution and Pay Request Attached.
Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to GMH Asphalt Corporation for improvement project #24-03; 2024 NE Ramsey Street Reconstructions in the amount of $437,181.59.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #24-222 approving partial payment to GMH Asphalt Corporation for improvement project #24-03, 2024 NE Ramsey Street Reconstructions in the amount of $437,181.59. The City of Nowthen is therefore to be invoiced by the City of Ramsey $45,104.53 according to the Joint Powers Agreement adopted on January 23, 2024.
