Purpose/Background:
The 26th annual Happy Day's festival occurred on Saturday, September 7th and was deemed a success by all measures. Recreation Coordinator Abby Proulx will recap the highlights of the event and recognize the importance of both sponsors and volunteers to Ramsey’s cherished hometown celebration.
