Approve Lease with Anoka County for Anoka County License Center

City Staff at the direction of the City Council have negotiated a revised lease with Anoka County for the Anoka County License Center located within Ramsey City Hall.  The new lease adjusts financial terms of the agreement, while extending the length of lease to provide the opportunity to have a license center remain within City Hall.  Attached to the case is a letter from Anoka County requesting the lease extension, with a summary of the lease term changes.

Approve the lease extension with the revised terms.
