Title:
Adopt Resolution #24-358 Approving Stormwater Management Facilities Maintenance Policy
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to approve and adopt the Stormwater Management Facilities Maintenance Policy. This policy is proposed to be amended in the Spring of 2025 by incorporating applicable Inspection and Maintenance Schedules and Inventory Maps into the Appendix. Staff is currently working to populate these documents with applicable data.
Recommendation:
The Public Works Committee and City Staff recommend approving the Stormwater Management Facilities Maintenance Policy.
The City Attorney reviewed the policy and approved it as to legal form.
