Title:
Adopt Resolution #25-093 Approving a Development Agreement for PleasureLand RV Center's Parking Lot Expansion and Connection to Municipal Utilities at 7900 Riverdale Drive NW (Project No. 25-102); Case of PleasureLand RV Center - North Metro
Purpose/Background:
On April 8, 2025, the City Council approved a Site Plan and Stormwater Maintenance Agreement for a proposed parking lot expansion and connection to the City's municipal utilities for PleasureLand RV Center (the "Applicant"). At the time of those approvals, Staff had not received the Engineer's Estimate of the cost of the site improvements and therefore, could not finalize the Development Agreement for consideration at the same meeting. Staff has since received the Engineer's Estimate and drafted the Development Agreement, which is the final City action needed for this project to commence.
Funding Source:
The Applicant is responsible for all costs associated with this request.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approving the Development Agreement.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #25-093 approving the Development Agreement for PleausreLand RV Center.
