Approve Request to Declare Surplus Property
Purpose/Background:
Staff requests the City Council declare the following property surplus and authorize sale of the same:

Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives:
Unit #333 is a multi-use vehicle originally used by the Police Department, and most recently by the Fire Department.
Unit #396 is a police squad car.
Both vehicles are being rotated out of the fleet as other vehicles are replaced through the budget process and are passed down. These vehicles have various defects and will therefore be sold at public auction "as is".
Recommendation:
Staff recommends the City Council declare these vehicles as surplus property and authorize sale/auction of the same.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to declare vehicles #333 and #396 as surplus property and authorize sale/auction of the same.
