Title:
Adopt Resolution #25-143 Adopting the 2025 Strategic Plan
Purpose/Background:
The City Council and City Staff held planning session meetings on April 1, May 13 and May 27, 2025 to review the progress made on the 2024 Strategic Plan, and to establish a revised 2025 Strategic Plan. The 2025 Strategic Plan received updates to the objectives identified to meet established strategies.
Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives:
The specific content of the Strategic Plan is included in the attached document.
Funding Source:
This case is being handled as part of normal staff duties. Items within the plan will have varying budgetary impacts that will need to be considered on a separate case.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends adoption of the 2025 Strategic Plan.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #25-143 Adopting the 2025 Strategic Plan.
