Title:
Adopt Resolution #25-158, Approving a Development Agreement for Chipotle at 14701 Armstrong Blvd NW
Purpose/Background:
On July 8th, 2025, the City Council will review and decide upon the Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan for Chipotle at 14751 Armstrong Blvd NW. To align with that date, the Applicant has supplied engineering cost estimates in site improvements related to Chipotle to Staff as part of drafting the Development Agreement. The Development Agreement is standard in its form.

Funding Source:
All costs associated with this request are the Applicant's responsibility.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the Development Agreement.
