Title:

Adopt Resolution #25-159, Approving a Development Agreement for Taco Bell at 14751 Armstrong Blvd NW

Purpose/Background:

On June 10th, 2025, the City Council approved the Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan for Taco Bell at 14751 Armstrong Blvd NW. Since that date, the Applicant has supplied engineering cost estimates to Staff as part of drafting the Development Agreement. The Development Agreement is standard in its form.

The requested action is to approve the Development Agreement for the approved development. This is the last step in Council actions before Taco Bell (Border Foods) can close on the land from Capital Real Estate (which must first close on the City-owned land and then sell to Border Foods) and obtain a building permit.

No notification is needed for this action.

Funding Source:

All costs associated with this request are the Applicant's responsibility.

Recommendation:

Staff recommends approval of the Development Agreement.

Outcome/Action:

Motion to adopt Resolution #25-159, Approving a Development Agreement for Taco Bell at 14751 Armstrong Boulevard NW.
