Title:
Adopt Resolution #25-243 Approving a Development Agreement for Zero Zone Refrigeration, LLC.
Purpose/Background:
Zero Zone Refrigeration, LLC., located at 6151 140th Avenue NW is getting ready for a substantial addition and site improvements on its property. The plat, easement vacation, and variance have already been approved and a financial assistance package is on tonight's agenda. The development agreement is the final land-use-related approval needed from the City Council for this project to proceed through the building permit process. The agreement is standard in form.
Notification:
Notification is not required for development agreements. The variance was notified in the typical manner.
Funding Source:
Costs associated with this project are the responsibility of the applicant.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approving the development agreement.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #25-243 approving a development agreement for Zero Zone Refrigeration, LLC.
